Holiday Reflections

I'm sitting here at my parents home in Buffalo, relaxing and enjoying their beautiful Christmas tree and reflecting on an amazing year for Ramblerose. I'm taking these next few days to "refresh" (shoutout to my friend Brandon for the wise words of advice). Most of the people in my life haven't seen me over these past few months because of the crazy schedule I've been attending to for my business. And when they finally do see me, they're all ready to grab me and say "RELAX for once!" So, I am doing just that! Between holiday parties, reading by the fire, and sharing gifts, I've finally had a moment to reflect on this past year, and most especially the holiday season of 2016.

It seems I didn't stop moving for the past 3 months until the moment I left for buffalo from Boston yesterday morning. It's been quite the whirlwind adventure to travel around the country with American Field and move through December with what seemed like endless holiday orders-not that I'm complaining! Its been so enjoyable to meet many new faces and see new places. I'm sure most of you have enjoyed following the adventure but it wasn't all fun and games and "vacations." It's been a busy few months, with working almost every day of the week until 10pm and traveling on the weekends for pop-up shows. Essentially, everything has been wildly rewarding but has left me with a level of exhaustion that can only be repaired by sitting down with my family, drinking holiday cocktails, and eating too many cookies.

I'm so excited to be home where I'm surrounded by the people I love, and I hope more than anything that you are too. I also hope everyone you have gifted a Ramblerose piece LOVES it and decides to follow along in the new year. Be sure to tell them to share their favorite pieces on Instagram by tagging or using #ramblerose. I just love to see everyone rocking their new sparkle!

I've got a lot in store for 2017, and I simply can't wait to share it with you.
